Dr. Shivji Ram Yadav, BA, ITI as well as Doctorate in Philosophy specialization in Child right and Protection, working with SSSR as co-founder member starting as a volunteer with Nehru Yuva Kendra Rajasthan during the volunteerism. He was Initiate to educate with 13 dropout girls for mainstream in regular schooling pattern. In rural area lack of education in the society, especially education for women and girls was almost non-existent. At that time, the director of the organization, He was doing higher education and was also participating in the village organization formed by Nehru Yuva Kendra. The youth center used to organize games at the village level and do voluntary work in ponds and public places.
Then the thought came to mind that some of us youth should come together and start an education center for women and girls for education in the society. Thus, this caravan kept moving forward. During the inspection, organization has realize that there were more issues exists within communities such as access of education, Health, Livelihood etc.

Working expertise 26 Year in Social Sector grom 2000 to Continue working with SSSR from 2013 as Thematic expert in health related program and also working as documentation officer and fund raising team member. He has experience on project implementation, monitoring evaluation, internal review planning and execution at organization, also expertise in documentation and research study endline baseline tools and technic development.
During his development sector journey working with CRS, UNICEF, SAVE the Children, Public health Resource Network New Delhi, RIST (Rural India Support Trust) The Hans Foundation supported project in Theme of Natural resource Management, Education health and nutrition, women empowerment and Girls adolescent empowerment program Implementation.

Working with SSSR from 2021 to Regular in Unicef Supported project and at present in Alwar as Child Protection cum Convergence Officer in BAT supported Project Alwar District of Rajasthan. Her Experience in Child protection, Abuse Violence, Child marriage prevention, Mental Health Counselling and awareness raising campaign with NSS and NYKS youth in Rajasthan.

Aradhana hold a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Delhi, with a strong passion for community development, education, and social welfare.
Currently working as an MIS Officer with SSSR under the PRAGATI Program (supported by Educate Girls) in Bundi, Rajasthan since 2025. My work keeps me rooted at the grassroots level closely engaging with women, handling monitoring & evaluation, and conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions. I deeply believe that every girl deserves quality education, and I am committed to making that a reality one community at a time.

She is expertise in women and Girls centric program approaches, knowledge on Girls empowerment skills, 21st century vocational courses and life skill session at school level.
