Dr. Shivji Ram Yadav, BA, ITI as well as Doctorate in Philosophy specialization in Child right and Protection, working with SSSR as co-founder member starting as a volunteer with Nehru Yuva Kendra Rajasthan during the volunteerism. He was Initiate to educate with 13 dropout girls for mainstream in regular schooling pattern. In rural area lack of education in the society, especially education for women and girls was almost non-existent. At that time, the director of the organization, He was doing higher education and was also participating in the village organization formed by Nehru Yuva Kendra. The youth center used to organize games at the village level and do voluntary work in ponds and public places.
Then the thought came to mind that some of us youth should come together and start an education center for women and girls for education in the society. Thus, this caravan kept moving forward. During the inspection, organization has realize that there were more issues exists within communities such as access of education, Health, Livelihood etc.

She has Doctorate in Philosophy specialization in Child Protection and HR Management. She is working with different type project and organization in Rajasthan like: SAVE the children, UNICEF and JATAN Sanstha. She has lot of experience in women empowerment and Girls centric development issue as well as specialization in child protection and child right, She had working with Rajasthan Police academy in Jaipur Rajasthan.
